What if my t-shirt doesn't fit?
If you have ordered the incorrect size or colour we are happy to exchange it for you but ask that you cover the return postage costs. Please check the sizes first and ask for measurements if you are unsure. Send us an email at email@example.com and we'll let you know how to return it.
How can I pay for all my item(s)?
The checkout works through PayPal which is a safe and convienient method for both sides.
What if I don't have a PayPal account?
Don't worry! You can still use PayPal even without an account. Those clever people have a 'send money' option on their website which sends the balance to our PayPal email address - firstname.lastname@example.org
If you don't wish to use PayPal you can send through a cheque or postal order instead. It does take a little longer unfortunately to allow us to confirm that it's cleared before despatching any items, but as soon as it is... your item will be on it's way in a flash.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do. We can despatch to the UK, anywhere in Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia & Japan. Get in touch if you require shipping from anywhere else and we'll work out a shipping cost for you.
How much does shipping cost?
For one t-shirt the UK shipping is £2.25, Europe is £3.75 and the Rest of World is £5.00
For our badge sets the UK shipping is £1.00, Europe is £3.50 and the Rest of the World is £4.50.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to despatch within three working days (although it can often be quicker) and all items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class standard service for UK deliveries or Royal Mail Airmail for International deliveries. UK deliveries will arrive 1-2 days after despatch date whilst International deliveries vary but are usually around 5-6 working days for Europe, and 8-10 working days for Rest of World.
I have a shop – do you sell wholesale?
Yes we do. Email your details to email@example.com and let us know which of our items you are interested in.
My order still hasn't arrived. What shall I do?
All orders will receive an email telling them that their order has been despatched. That way you know it's on it's way. For all UK deliveries if it hasn't arrived within five working days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what's going on. In the same way, for all International deliveries if it hasn't arrived within 12 working days do get in touch.
I'm in a rush and need a t-shirt for tomorrow – is that possible?
Stock varies from t-shirt to t-shirt whereas some of the designs are made to order. If we do have one, and it's on your size it's a possability. Get in touch and we'll see how quickly we can get it sent out to you.
Do you have a returns policy?
Yes, of course. We accept returns within 7 days after the customer receives their item. Please get in touch as soon as possible if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and we’ll do all we can to resolve any issues.
Refunds are for the item amount only. The shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Return must be received in its original new condition and unworn. All returns are to be sent at the cost of the buyer.
In the unlikely event that the item is damaged on delivery please let us know as soon as possible and a replacement item will be provided once the damaged item has been returned or we can refund you the item amount. Please take care when opening your parcel with scissors to avoid damaging the item yourself.
